3 lbs. round steak
bay leaf
bunch celery
medium onion
1 c. ketchup
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. can Italian tomato paste
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. dry mustard

Roast steak at 350║ F. with a bay leaf until it falls off the bone in about 2 hours and then break up the meat. SautÚ/brown the chopped celery and onion in butter. Mix the rest of the ingredients with the above ingredients. Return to oven at 325║ F. for 1/2 hour or until hot.
