2-3 large bunches of fresh broccoli
Olive oil, divided
Salt
Black pepper
Lemon zest or other citrus-flavored seasoning (I use Durkees Citrus Grill Creations)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly brush some olive oil over a metal cookie sheet. Cut tough ends off broccoli stems and remove any damaged florets. Wash and drain broccoli. Cut broccoli lengthwise into tall stalks. Lay stalks side by on prepared cookie sheet. Lightly brush broccoli with remaining olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings to taste. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
