1c chopped onion
2 tbsp margarine
2 c cooked elbow macaroni
1 c sour cream
1/2 c cottage cheese
2 tbsp chopped chives
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in margarine until tender. Combine onion with all other ingredients except shredded cheese. Mix well. Turn into greased one quart casserole and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
