1 1/4 cup flour,
1/2 cup butter,
1/4 cup confectioners sugar,
2 eggs,
1 cup sugar,
1/2 tsp baking powder,
1/4 tsp salt,
2 tbsp lemon juice.

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup butter and 1/4 cup confectioners sugar. Bake on 350 for 20 minutes.
Next, beat together 2 eggs, 2 tbsp flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Pour over crust.
Bake on 350 for 25 minutes.
Optional: Top with lemon juice, butter and confectioners sugar.
