Buckle Ingredients:
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter or veg. shortening
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking pwd.
1/2 c. milk
3 c. blueberries

Streusel Topping Ingredients:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter by beating until fluffy, then beat in egg.
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Add to the creamed wet ingredients alternating with milk. Do not overmix or the cake will turn out dense and tough. Batter will be stiff --which is fine. Fold in blueberries by hand and pour into buttered and floured 10 X 6 inch baking dish.

Streusel Topping:
Mix sugar, cinnamon, flour and butter and sprinkle over top of buckle.

Bake at 375º until top is browned, about 45 minutes.
