1/4 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Authentic Smoke House Barbecue Sauce
2 lb,.top round or flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Pour sauce over steak in deep dish. Refrigerate 30 min. Remove excess sauce with a paper towel.

Grill or broil steak 15 min. for medium rare. For best results, brush cooked steak with more sauce, cover with aluminum foil and let steak rest 10 min. before slicing. Slice steak and serve with extra sauce on the side.
