3 or 4 peaches,sliced
9 in. pie crust
2/3 c. mashed peaches
2/3 c. sugar
2 T. corn starch
1/3 c. water
2 tsp. butter
Red food color

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pie crust, usually about 15 minutes at 400-425º. Let cool.
Slice peaches into cooled pie crust.
Mix mashed peaches, sugar, corn starch and water and cook over medium heat, boiling 2 min. Remove from heat. Add butter and drop food color. Pour over peaches. Cool. Refrigerate and serve with whipped cream.
