1 1/2 c. warm water
1 T. yeast
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c.powdered milk
3 T. sugar
3 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. honey
41/2 c. wheat flour
2 c. white flour
1/4 c. gluten flour

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl place warm water and add 1 T. yeast (and tsp. sugar if desired). Let raise. In large bowl mix hot water with milk, sugar, salt, oil and honey. Stir. Cool slightly and pour in yeast mixture. Mix flours together. Add half flour mixture and beat until smooth. Add enough flour to make stiff dough. Knead 10 minutes. Let raise. Punch down, divide; let rest 10 minutes. Place in greased bread pans. Raise 3 hours or more. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes, then at 325º 20 minutes more.
