9 qt. tomatoes
1 qt. total green peppers and Anaheim peppers
3-5 jalapeno peppers
1 T. garlic powder
3 T. cumin
4 T. salt
1 T. oregano
4 T. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
Chopped onion to taste

Mix and cook ingredients all day.
Bottle and pressure cook according to directions on pressure packer.

This is Camille's first recipe, the ones the Young boys grew up on. It takes some effort, but you can make it all winter long if using bottled tomatoes. Be sure to pressure pack to be safe!!
