6 oz cream cheese
1/2 can (5 oz) tomato soup
minced onion (to taste)
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 (7 oz) can tuna fish - drained and flaked
approximately 1/4 cup cold water
1 envelope of Knox (plain) gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat the cream cheese and the tomato soup in a sauce pan over a low light until smooth.
2. Add the minced onion.
3. Remove the pan from the heat and add the mayo and tuna fish.
4. Mix the gelatin in cold water and then add to the tuna mixture in the pan.
5. Fold together.
6. Place in a greased mold and chill for several hours (I usually chill overnight).
NOTE: Recipe can easily be doubled.
