1 can bean dip (9 oz)
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
1 garlic clove pressed
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 medium tomato diced
2 green onions with tops thinly sliced
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
tortilla chips

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º spread bean dip over bottom of small oval baker. in bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning mix, and garlic and mix.
2. spread cream cheese mixture evenly over bean dip. grate cheddar cheese over top and bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted
3. dice tomato and thinly slice green onions. sprinkle tomato, green onion, and parsley over dip. garnish with additional sour cream if desired
