1 large head broccoli, cut into small flowerets
10-12 strips bacon, fried
1/2 c raisins
1/4 c chopped red onion
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c sugar
2 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broccoli, bacon, raisins and onion in a large bowl. Blend together mayo , sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mizture. Stir to coat well. Cover and marinate at least 1 hour.

Easy to make and especially good for potlucks because you can make it ahead. I cook the bacon in the microwave for speed and easy cleanup. This dressing is also good on cole slaw.
