1 package instant pistachio pudding.
1 can crushed pineapple - #2 size.
Mix pineapple juice with pudding.
Add 2 c mini marshmallows.
Add 1 c chopped walnuts.
Fold in 1 tub cool whip.
Wrap well and freeze.

This was one of those tasty recipes that years ago passed through the recipe sharing circuit quickly. It still makes an appearance at carry-ins, and even on commercial buffets. I don't know how to credit any one person for this treat because it seemed to come out of thin air. Anyway, we loved to see it on the table back then - and still do!
