Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 candied cherries (cut up) 1/2 candied pineapple (cut up) 3 cups pecans (cut up) 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 egg whites (beaten stiff)

Directions:	Directions: Add flour to fruit; then mix in all the rest. Bake at 325º 12-15 minutes.
