Peeled apple
Pear
2 scoops nutiva hemp protein powder
About a cup of cold spring water
optional -raw cacao nibs,1/2 tsp
blueberries,strawberries ,
whatever fruit you've got around that
doesn't clash.

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 scoops of nutiva in blender
add cacao nibs [for optional chocolate blast]
add from one to 2 frozen bananas,broken into pieces
peel, core, and cube apple,add to blender
core and cube pear,toss that in there too
got any frozen blueberries around toss em in (you get it)

For a tropical version, frozen banana,pineapple slices,with
papaya, yum
