1 cup sugar
1/2 shortening
1/2 cup sour milk
1/2 cup nuts
2 squares chocolate or 3 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add baking soda to milk. Add all remaining ingredients. Drop on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350.
