1/4 lb bacon, diced
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
1/4 c chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c (16oz) tomatoes with liquid, chopped
2 c (10oz) frozen peas, thawed
6 fresh basil leaves or 1 Tbsp dried
3 c Mostaccoli, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until almost crisp and dice. Add bacon,
mushrooms, onion and garlic and cook, stirring constantly
until onion is tender but not brown. Add tomatoes with liquid,
peas and basil and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and
simmer, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes. Meanwhile,
cook pasta and drain. Toss with the tomato-bacon mixture.
