1 c vinegar
2 c sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

1 medium head cabbage shredded
1 diced green or red pepper
2 grated carrots
1 T salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients and boil one minute. Cool.

Combine cabbage, pepper and carrots and cover with salt. Let stand one hour. Squeeze out liquid and pack in small freezer containers.

Pour cooled syrup over and freeze.
