Rhubarb Pie (Custard Style) Recipe

2 c. rhubarb, finely cut
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 T. flour
8" unbaked pie crust
1/4 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. sugar
2 T. cake flour
1 tsp. butter

Mix pie ingredients and pour into pie crust. Blend topping ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over pie. Bake 15 minutes at 400 then reduce to 325 for 30-35 minutes. Do not overbake. If it browns too quickly, reduce to 300.
