1 3/4 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. margarine
2 c. raisins
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
2 c. sour cream

1 c. brown sugar
2 T. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk

Mix all crust ingredients. Reserve 2 c. crust mixture. Put remaining mixture in 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cover raisins with water and microwave for 2 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients in a seperate pan and boil for 5 minutes. Add raisins and water. Pour over baked crust and top with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Mix frosting ingredients together and boil until softball stage (about 1 minute). Beat until creamy, this will thicken as it sits. Frost bars.
