1 1/2 lbs bround chuck 1 c. fine bread crumbs 1 egg beaten 2 T creole seasoning 1/4 c. oil 3 pks HyTop brown gravy mix
Mix together first 4 ingredients. Form into very small meatballs. Heat oil and brown on all sides. Drain oil. Prepare gravy per package. Return meatballs and gravy to skillet and simmer about 30 minutes.
