3-4 boneless chicken breasts
6 tbsp. olive oil
2 cups minced green onions
3 tsp. garlic, crushed ( 5 cloves garlic)
1 (28oz) can whole tomatoes
1˝ tsp. powdered chicken bouillon
2 tsp. each: cumin, oregano and chili powder
1 tsp. salt

Flour tortillas (8 or 10 inch)

Boil water and let chicken breast simmer for 20-25 minutes. Let cool enough to handle.
Shred chicken. Sauté onion and garlic in oil. Stir in chicken, tomatoes, (break tomatoes up with hands), bouillon, cumin, oregano, chili powder and salt. Simmer 15-30 minutes.
Serve with warmed flour tortillas, cheddar cheese, rice, sour cream, guacamole, olives, salsa, tomatoes, lettuce
