Tortillas
3lbs. boneless chicken
6 tbsp. oil or fill bottom of pan with oil
1-1/2c. minced green onions
3 tsp. garlic, crushed
2-28oz cans whole tomates
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1-1/2tsp. each: cumin, oregano & chili powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in saucepan, until cooked. Let cool.
Shred chicken. Saute onion & garlic in oil. Stir in chicken, tomatoes, (break tomatoes up with hands), bouillon, cumin, oregano, chili powder and salt. Simmer 15-30 minutes.
Serve with warmed flour tortillas, cheddar cheese, sour cream, guacamole, olives, salsa, tomatoes, lettuce, etc.
