3 - 10oz cans cream of chicken or celery soup
2c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. (2lbs) frozen hash brown potatoes
2c. (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
2-4oz. shredded cheddar on top

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and garlic salt. Add potatoes and cheddar cheese; mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 55-60min. or until potatoes are tender.
