2 (10.75 oz) cans cream of chicken, celery or potato soup, undiluted
1 cups sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. (2 lbs) frozen hash brown potato cubes
2 cup (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, for topping
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and garlic salt. Add potatoes and cheddar cheese; mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 55-60min. or until potatoes are tender. Serves 12-16.
