1lb lump or backfin
1/4c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4c. mayo
1 egg
1 tbsp. minced onion (optional)
1/4 tsp. worcestershire
14 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. seafood seasoning
1 tsp. capers
1/2 - 1 stick butter

Directions:
Clean crabmeat, set aside. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over crabmeat. Spread in flat baking dish and sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs(optional). Bake at 350 for 20 min., then broil top for 3-5 min. or until crab mixture is bubbling, and crumbs on top begin to brown.
Do not burn.
