1 9 inch deep dish pie crust, baked
3 pints strawberries, whole or cut to desired size
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 oz strawberry gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, blend water and cornstarch until smooth. Add sugar and cook over medium heat until mixture becomes slightly clear, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin until well dissolved. Put strawberries in baked shell and pour gelatin mixture over top of berries to cover them all. Let cool sltightly, then refrigerate at least 3 hours until set.
