1 lb mixed beans
1 lg onion (1 cup chopped)
1 lg can tomatoes (2 cups)
1 tsp chili powder or 1 pod red pepper
1 clove garlic
juice of 1 lemon
salt & pepper
4 3/4 oz Turkey Ham or Ham

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans and ham and 2qts water for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. Add remaining ingredients and simmer another 30 minutes or until thick enough.
