4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c, fresh grated Parnesan cheese
1 T olive oil
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
large shredded mozarella
linguine or spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Fill large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil. While heating water, pound the chicken breast lightly to flatten it out a little. Beat the egg in a small bowl. Mix the bread crumbs and Parmesan together on a plate. Dunk the chicken into the egg and then roll it in bread crumbs. Heal olive oil in a frying pay and brown the chickedn on both sides. Transer the chicken to a baking dish, Cover it with spaghetti sauce and place in the over for 10 minutes. Top with mozzarella. Cook and drain pasta. Serve chicken with sauce over pasta.
