1 cup zuchini pulp
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup milnot
2 T flour
1 1/2 T butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cube zuchini. Boil with a little water until soft, about 7 minutes. Drain well in colander and cool. Put in blender to make pulp. Pour out and measure out 1 cup. Put back in blender and add rest of ingredients. Blend until all mixed thoroughly. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg when poured into 9 inch pie shell. This makes 1 9 inch pie. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, then at 300 for 45 minutes.
