whole loaf French bread
1 1/2 T butter
1 1/2 T dried onion flakes
1 T poppy seed
1 T lemon juice
1 tsp garlic
2 T parsley
pepper
9 slices mozzarella cheese
9 slices American or Colby cheese
1 lb. fried bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Slice off top crust from bread. Cut bread into slices 1/2 inch wide. Mix together butter, onion, poppy seed, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and pepper. Spread mixture on each side of bread. Layer cheese, bacon, cheese between each slice. Spread extra mixture on top. Wrap in foil. Bake at 400 º for 15-20 minutes.
