1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp onions
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 inch pan. Brown and drain hamburger, onions, salt, and pepper. Pour hamburger in pan, then sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour in pan. Bake at 400 until golden brown and inserted knife comes out clean (about 30 minutes).
