1 lb. hamburger 1 egg 2 T bread crumbs 1 tsp salt 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp pepper 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste or spaghetti sauce 2 cups (8 oz) mozzarella cheese 1 tsp oregano
Use 9 x 13 pan.
Microwave meat uncovered for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir to break up meat; drain. Stir in egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, italian seasoning. Press in bottom of dish. Microwave uncovered for 5 minutes. Spread tomato sauce over meat. Top with cheese and oregano. Microwave until cheese is melted (about 4 minutes).
