3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
5 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1 cup milk
2 eggs

1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup flour
5 T butter

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Blend all ingredients; beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Spread in pan. Crumble topping together, sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
