1 package English muffins, cut into 4 sections
1- 7 oz. can crabmeat, drained
2 T mayo
1 stick softened butter
1- 7 oz. jar Old English cheese
OR mix velveeta with sharp cheddar
1/2 tsp season salt
1/2 tsp garlic

Directions:

Mix ingredients well. Spread on English muffins. Freeze at least 30 minutes (or up to 3 weeks). Broil on cookie sheet until puffy and slightly brown.
