1/2 cup shortening, or butter, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, and egg. Then blend in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Cover and chill. Roll in 1 inch ball. Put on greased cookie sheet 3 inches apart. Flatten with fork dipped in flour. Bake on 375 heat for 10-12 minutes.
