potatoes (use about 1 potato per person + an extra potato total)
water
2 T butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes on high. Turn down to low/medium heat and cook about 45 minutes until tender. Drain water off. Add butter, salt, and milk. Mash until fluffy (you may need to add more milk and salt).
