1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup fruit (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 . Grease muffin pans or use liners. Beat egg, milk, and oil together. Mix in rest of ingredients just until moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Mix in fruit or sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 .
