4 skinless chicken breasts (about 1-1/2 lbs.)
salt, pepper and paprika for seasoning
1/4 c. water divided
1/4 c. white wine
1 t. chicken bouillon powder
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 t. flour
1 lemon, thinly sliced

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. Spray a frying pan with Pam.
3. Season chicken breast to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
4. Heat frying pan and sauté chicken until browned (about 10 minutes), adding about 1/4 c. water near the end of the cooking time to loosen meat from pan.
5. Remove breast to a shallow baking dish to the chicken bouillon, and heat through.
6. Meanwhile mix the lemon juice and flour in a cup. Pour into the frying pan and stir until sauce is thickened.
7. Pour sauce over chicken, top with lemon slices and bake for 20 minutes.
