3-4 lb. country style ribs 1 large onion 1 cup ketchup 1/3 cup worsheshire sauce 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp salt 2 cups water
Preheat oven to 350 º. Place thinly sliced onion, then ribs in a shallow pan (meat side up). Bring the remaining ingredients to a boil and pour over ribs. Bake at 350 º for 3 hours (flip after 2 hours).
