2 heads of broccoli 1/2 medium onion (optional) 2 T butter 1 1/2 T flour 2 cups milk 6 oz. Velveeta cheese
Use 2 qt (smaller pot). Cook broccoli. Saute onion and butter together. Mix flour and milk (shake in small bowl). Slowly add to onions. Salt and pepper to taste in onion mix. Add velveeta to onion mix. Melt on medium heat and add broccoli when cheese is melted.
