Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin, plain or peppered (You can get them pre-packaged at the meat counter)
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
1 onion, sliced
pepper to taste
1 package sandwich rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse the pork tenderloin and cut in half (if needed) to fit in the crockpot. Slice onion and add to the crock pot with the tenderloin. Pour entire bottle of BBQ sauce over the meat, add some water to the bottle and shake to get the remaining sauce and pour into the crockpot. Add pepper to taste. Cook on low for 8 hours in the crockpot.
When meat is cooked, shred with a fork, stirring the meat so it is completely covered with sauce. Pile the meat on sandwich rolls and enjoy.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is very good served with cole slaw on the side.
You can also use chicken breasts and shred them for a "shredded chicken sandwich" if you want a change from pork.
