16 oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, packed in water
4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
pepper
paprika
fresh flat leaf Italian parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Coarsely chop artichoke hearts and mix together with cream cheese, mayo, parmesan cheese, garlic, and pepper. Bake uncovered in a casserole dish for 20 to 25 minutes, or until edges begin to bubble.
Garnish with chopped parsley and paprika.
Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
