1 Lb Hot (or medium) sausage
1 Lb cheddar cheese, shredded
3 cups bisquick
3/4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Remove sausage from casing and brown
Drain fat and spoon sausage into bowl to cool.
Add cheese, bisquick, water and mix.
Roll into 1 Inch balls. Place on cookie sheet
lined with Parchment and bake at 400 F
for 12 to 15 minutes, or until nicely browned.
