1 lb. bag - frozen cooked shrimp, thawed, rinsed & drained (25 to 30 count size) 5 to 6 - cloves of garlic, sliced ¼ c. - butter ¼ c. - flour 2 c. - milk ¼ to ½ c. - mozzarella cheese, grated fettuccini noodles, cooked & drained
Melt butter slowly in saucepan. Add garlic and sauté slowly over low heat. Raise heat to medium and add flour to butter & garlic using a whisk to make a roux. Add milk and continue cooking over medium heat until thickened. Stirring constantly. Add grated cheese and stir until melted. Now add the shrimp and cook until heated thru. Pour on top of noodles and serve.
