1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast cut into one inch cubes
olive oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
garlic powder
Lowry's seasoning
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 T. sour cream
1 1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 can green chili enchilad sauce
flour tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer chicken in olive oil with onions, garlic powder and seasoning salt. When tender, add mushrooms, sour cream, some grated cheese and 1/2 can enchilada sauce. Simmer a few minutes. Heat small tortillas until slightly browned. Add chicken mixture, roll and place in slightly coated baking dish. Add soups and remaining sauce and heat until bubbly and pour over enchiladas. Top with more grated cheese. Bake at 350 º for 20 minutes.
