1Sirloin Steak (cut into 2" x 2" chunks)
1 Green Pepper (small slices)
1 Red Pepper (sliced)
1 Large Onion (sliced)
1 Large can chopped Tomatoes
1 Medium can V-8 Juice (12 oz)
1 small can Tomato Sauce
3 TBS Worchestershire Sauce
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Cavanders
3 TBS Beef Bullion

2-3 Cups Uncle Ben's White Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Bread steak in flour and brown in 2-3 tsp. olive oil. Add all ingredients, including steak, to a crock pot and simmer all day. Serve over cooked rice.
