1 12 oz c diced corned beef 1 large chopped onion 1/2 medium chopped green pepper 3 canned pimientos chopped 1 tbsp butter 3 c diced cooked potatoes 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1/4 c salad dressing or mayonnaise 2 c diced American cheese
Cook beef, onion, green pepper and pimientos in the butter until beef is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring, until cheese is melted. Serve at once.
