1 12 oz c diced corned beef
1 large chopped onion
1/2 medium chopped green pepper
3 canned pimientos chopped
1 tbsp butter
3 c diced cooked potatoes
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 c salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 c diced American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef, onion, green pepper and pimientos in the butter until beef is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring, until cheese is melted. Serve at once.
