1/2 c water
1/4 c butter
1/4 c grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c flour
2 eggs



Corned Beef Filling

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and butter to boil. Add cheese and stir until
melted. Add flour all at once and beat until mixture is smooth
and leaves sides of pan. Remove from heat and add eggs
one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Drop by
tablespoonfuls 2: apart on cookie sheet, making 6. Bake in a
very hot oven 450º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and
bake 15 to 20 minutes longer. Cut off tops and fill puffs with
corned-beef filling.

Corned-beef Filling:
Melt 2 tbsp butter and blend 2 tbsp flour. Add 1 1/2 c canned
tomatoes and cook, stirring, until thickened. Add 2 c (12 oz
each) corned beef, coarsely chopped, and pepper to taste.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes, or until heated.
