1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. butter, melted - divided
2 cups cubed or shredded cooked chicken
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. chives, onion or shallot
1 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
1 (8 oz) can Pillsbury Quick Crescent Dinner Rolls or Dough sheets
3/4 cup seasoned croutons, crushed or breadcrumbs
1 pkge. Chicken gravy (or 1/2 diluted cream soup)

Preheat oven to 350º. In medium bowl, blend cream cheese and 2 T. of the butter until smooth. Add next 6 ingredients, mixing well. Separate dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations together to seal, cut dough sheet into 4. Spoon 1/2 c. meat mixture onto center of each rectangle. Pull 4 corners of dough to top center of chicken mixture; twist slightly and pinch edges to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush tops with reserved 1 T. butter; sprinkle with crouton/bread crumbs. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.

These can be made ahead, baked, frozen and then reheated.
