5 cups all purpose flour
1/4 c sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup shortening
1 pkg yeast
2 tsp warm water
melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together all dry ingredients; cut in shortening; dissolve yeast in warm water; add with buttermilk to dry ingredients. Mix well. Turn dough out onto floured board; roll to 1/4 inch thickness; cut and dip in melted butter; fold in half to make pocket rolls. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Yield: 48 Prep: 30 min.
