1 c mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp grated onion
2 c chopped celery
dash salt
2 c cooked chicken
1/2 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c sliced almonds
1 c potato chips
1/2 c grated mild cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, grated onion, celery and salt. Add chicken, water chestnuts, and almonds. Mix together in 9 x 13 pan. Spread potato chips and grated cheese on top. Bake 10 minutes in 450 oven.
